A Landscape Management Crew Leader is a working team member that oversees lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, trimming, landscape maintenance, pruning, trimming, fertilization, & weed control

​

All team members will be trained to perform quality work and will be certified with the National Association of Landscape Professionals.

​

We are looking for team members with 2+ years of experience that want to work in a professional environment and build a career in Landscape Maintenance and Construction. All Crew Leaders are trained in managerial skills and based on performance are eligible for Field Supervisor positions.

 

When hiring we look for team members who can display the following:

• Desire to learn

• Able to work in a team environment

• Holds a valid drivers license

• Willing to train their team members

• Can pass a drug test

• Capable of lifting more than 50 pounds

• Can work in extreme weather conditions (0-95 degree temps)

• 1-2 years working as a Landscape Technician
